The modern Croatian literature is presented through the new verses by Tomislav Marijan Bilosnić, distinguished poet from Zadar.

An entire thematic section is on the poetry of one of the biggest and most versatile Croatian writers in 20th century, Antun Šoljan.

The section which is referred to translations carries the texts written by the following old and modern classics of the American, Polish and French literatures and cultures in general: Henry D. Thoreau, Bruno Jasieńsky and Pascal Quignard. Besides, this section is closely connected to the one including essays and studies, this time on the critical reception and backgrounds of the stated authors.

Bernhard Peters, Professor at the University of Bremen, Germany, writes about the European public space and its problems and doubts, so the journal prints the Croatian translation of the lecture given at 17th European Meeting of Cultural Journals that magazine Eurozine organized in Tallinn, Estonia, in May 2004.

There is also an interesting review dealing with the issue of Bunjevci, i.e. the Croats who have been autochthonous in Voivodina (Serbia and Montenegro) for centuries, and with their language. The review additionally considers the repeated efforts made by the local Serbian authorities whose aim is to destroy, through pressures in schools, the linguistic and, consequently, national-and-cultural unity of the Croatian minority group in this province.

The articles based on newly-released books include, among other titles, the reviews of the translated books by Andrzej Stasiuk, Imre Kertész, Amos Oz and other Croatian and foreign authors.
