Summary
The author explains the reasons that made her prepare the thematic issue about love as the editor-in-chief of La Battana. It is a cultural project that should have been an answer, although naïve and surely not decisive, to the wall of indifference built by the Italian national community in Croatia, preoccupied with the considerations about their own problems and insensitive to a wider range of issues. It may be also a way to launch an editing project that was born within a minority context, which can be like a means, although just conceptual and non-efficient to take a stand against the wave of violence, terror and hate with which the world should face.
